Scope

This policy covers data submitted through opcadence.systems. It does not cover data processed inside OpCadence tenants installed at portfolio companies; those terms are governed by separate master subscription agreements.

What we collect

On this marketing site, we collect only what you submit on the demo intake form: name, work email, firm, role, and optional notes. We use server-side request logs for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

Submissions are routed to a partner who responds to schedule a walkthrough. We do not sell, rent, or share the data with third parties. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Retention

Demo intake records are retained for twenty-four months unless you request deletion sooner. Server logs are retained for ninety days.

Your rights

Email privacy@opcadence.systems to request access, correction, or deletion. We respond within thirty days.

We will note material changes here with a revised date. This policy was last updated on the date this site was published.
